SHIPPING

We ship in stock items within 1-2 business days. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

 We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00 with discount code: FREE150 and a Flat Rate of $6.00 to continental US and P.R. 

Every customer receives a shipping notification once the package leaves our store. Please check your SPAM box if you haven't received it. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for:

  1. Your order confirmation receipt
  2. Your package’s tracking number
  3. Your package is out for delivery
  4. Your package has arrived

PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately MAURICIO & MIRANDA cannot be held responsible.

Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you should reach out to USPS directly.

  • Our Store Pickup service allows you to make purchases online and pick up your order from Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday - Sunday (by appointment).
